Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received. Returns should be sent directly to Cushy Sak. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Sale Items: Refunds are only available for items purchased at regular price. Sale items are non-refundable. Please be aware that a R220 cancellation fee applies to orders canceled before delivery due to payment gateway fees.
Exchanges: We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email. For bean bags, resizing is available for R500 plus courier fees if the item has been opened.
Gifts: The same return and exchange policies apply to items purchased as gifts.
